TO THE PEOPLE WHO SCREAM THAT THIS ISNT AUTHENTICI honestly agree with you. But the point of the video is making Pho Ga quick and convenient. Im not saying I like this recipe, but yeah. Of course its not authentic. 30 minutes and Pho dont go together. Stop going crazy over it, its not the end of the world, as a Vietnamese Im talking to other Vietnamese people and others who scream its not authentic. They literally acknowledged that the authentic Pho we all know and love takes hours to make. They just suggested a quick version to support those who dont have the luxury of time. So QUIT HATING on Tasty for trying to help people.

My husband and daughter were recovering from stomach problems and I wanted to feed them starchy food and clear broth. I had seen this recipe before and gave it a go for a quick fix. It was a huge success and they both really enjoyed their grease-free bowl of (fake) pho Sure its not the authentic kind (I dont think the video claims so either) and its not as rich as the bone broth but for my situation it worked great. Now as I was making it, I felt like my Vietnamese friends would get mad at me if I called this pho (Im Korean) but its good enough for a 30-min fake pho; )

I think that Pho is such a complex and delicate dish that 30 mins are definitely not enough time bring out all the flavors. Why would our soup broth be so famous? Because we put efforts on it, we spend time and patient to get it perfectly flavored, its the roasting, the time-consuming stewing process that produce such a beautiful broth and tender slices of meat. And we dont cook our rice noodles all together with the soup like that, we blanch it over hot steaming water, then serve it later with the broth. Not boiling them all together in a pot.

I am Vietnamese. Me and other Vietnamese will feel uncomfortable and angry when watching this clip. Never have the bell peppers in Vietnamese pho and no one cut the lemon like you. Also, the formula is completely wrong. You are making people think different about pho. You can not take the specialties of a country to ruin its image. You are instructing others to do wrong. How can you confirm this is genuine Pho when you do not handle it properly? This is not called pho Viet. Vietnamese and those who eat pho will not accept this.

I get customers everyday saying Ive tried pho before and this isnt it. Not that it wasnt good. But to them their version of pho is what yours is. And thats amazing for them

Well, this can be a creative version of ph, its fast and convenient. But, the taste of this ph is no longer be the same. We dont usually make ph at home because of its complex recipe, however its worth to try, dont rush yourself. P/s: we dont chop the lime like that ( Im still practicing my english so maybe I can make some mistakes in this comment. )

Its impossible to make delicious pho in 30 min. The broth has to be made beforehand and who the hell mixes pho into the broth like that. The texture is gonna be nasty. If ur gonna put in some chicken, dont do it like that, its gonna be dry and chewy. If ur too lazy to make something like this, just go to the restaurant, it might be better than this.

Mm that doesnt look good. How did I know there was gonna be canned ck broth in this recipe. You cant get the flavor of chicken without the bone and chicken skin. This broth is missing fat content. Also why are you boiling the noodles in the broth. They have a lot of starch and will make the broth cloudy. Im offended in many ways. Lol
