How To Make The Best Vegan Burger By Rachel nem: to all non vegans wondering why someone would want something meaty but are vegan, i know it's a little complicated but i personally don't know a whole lot of long time vegans that eat mock meats for the taste, (but mock-meat is an accessable source of protein which is why i eat it) i think these types of videos are just from vegans attempting to show omnivores a different way to eat, that they can have meat while being vegan. being vegan has opened up the world of food for me, i've discovered lots of good food i wouldn't have otherwise tried and i think that this is what that video is trying to show i could never go back to my old diet again because not only is the meat and dairy industry harming animals but its also harming people and the environment.

I think this is contradictory, if you are a vegan you should be a person who does not want meat because you think it is wrong, but most of vagans just deprives themselves from meat, so they make this fake food, and i hate this thing, meat is meat, you cannot change life

If you want to be a vegetarian / vegan, definitely try some Indian cuisine, or any other cuisine that has genuine vegetarian food. I feel that, even though the above burger may come close to meat, it will never be as good.

What's a good substitute for the walnuts? I have a nut allergy. Also, what are some good brands of vegan cheese that don't contain nuts?

I would think a big batch would freeze well. You need to add links to the recipes, vs just splashing the ingredients on the video screen.
