Ive read that adding a little Espresso Powder (one specifically for baking) will enhance the chocolate flavor in what your baking. Im still learning how to bake so I dont know much about espresso powder.

well i do it like this. first smash a banana add 4 spoons of oats 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vainilla, and mix it. then put it in the pan flip it, and its done it just take 15 min.

I tried making the fluffy pancakes but they came out tasting very salty. Tbh that is too much baking soda. Milk is also a bad option, use water instead

First one is so bad. Those pancakes are anything but fluffy. They are so dense when you cut in. Also no sugar? I dont want cooked flour.
