That first one is way way too sweet. its probably too sweet even as a dessert to me. leave out the bottom, throw in more nuts, riper banna sliced up and mixed in with the bread pudding and thatd work for me as breakfast. Well elave out the chocolate or cut it in half depending on what nuts.

So my question is: why chill the sausage egg thing overnight? Cant you just keep going and pop that bad boy into the oven the same day? Im not a great cook so maybe it makes sense to others

That first one was a mess and had way too much sugar, so I guess the second one? I just cant get over how sweet that first one had to be, even with all the fat cutting it.

If I ate the first one for breakfast more frequently than once a year I would look like projectile about to be shot from a siege mortar. But damn, that has to be delicious.

The first one in Spanish we call it capirotada and its basically the same thing but we put less sugar on it and scrape some cheese its still delicious and sweet
