I'd rather spend all this time and trouble making food (roast, pasta, sauce, rice, meat-pie, bbq, ribs, simple and no gimmicks. Dessert is short and simple ----> black coffee and along with a bowl of pieces of dark chocolate.

Ugh, I stay away from foods that people have rolled in their hands its just gross to me and what tbe heck is that green stuff called matcha? When did that come on scene as far as cooking goes?

Those look like medical gloves. You should specify food service gloves so no one makes a mistake that causes the death of your guests via latex allergy. And who wants to taste latex?
