Im Mexican and I am not mad at this recipe. Is it the mole that my mom makes? Definitely not. BUT it takes the cruelty out because theres not animal products and its really simple. Ill probably try it.

What I hate about Tofu is that they tend to suck up the whole oil and get stuck but I finally bought a nonstick pan that might actually work.
