Honestly I feel like all of them would be more comparable if the tasty chef just put more seasoning, TF was up with the little bit of salt and pepper for that big ass bird. Cook book definitely not asking for a little kid sized pinky ass pinch of salt. Cmon I barely saw the black pepper on my tv LMAO

These vids dont really work since the two main things everyone complains about is a. Seasoning and b. Cooking, the two things that no doubt the OG curators of these recipes likely do differently and/or have different environments to make these recipes.

But no one had any problem with number 1 but what I notice when watching these is that the tasters tend to forget what number was after tasting all the rest cause lets be honest number 1 had only positive feedback from them but wasnt chosen?

Altons recipe on the website left off a real important step that he went over in Good Eats: covering the breast with foil after the 500 degree roast. Thats probably why the breast was a little dry. No fault of Jesses though.

What I learned from this video is that theres no point cooking a turkey, because it will always come out dry and flavorless no matter how much you season or prepare that shit. (unless its Ayesha Currys recipe apparently)

Of course Ayesha Curry has the best turkey I knew this right off the bat she used the MOST seasoning like. The other cooks used salt and pepper like we dont have hella seasonings besides that
