Just ruined jackfruit. Learn about the product before cooking it. U dont add any liquid to it because it makes it slimy. Crush it? Are u kidding me? It has only 1 thing that works for it and it is texture and u ruined it by crushing it.

Wait, how is regular bbq sauce not vegan? Also, the only not vegan thing on a pizza is the cheese, just change that and you got a vegan pizza. Those are neat recipees though, overcomplicated for the goal but neat.

I have used Jackfruit for dishes. but mine is more like a fried one nd then mixed with other ingredients. Indian style of course. People have mistaken it for meat many times. Its sooooo yummy.
