I tried to make something like this and ended up really disappointed. It took forever, was supposed to be baked with bread crumbs which mostly fell off, and then it just didn't taste very good. I wished I had just roasted the cauliflower and ate it that way and made actual chicken for the sauce. Roasted cauliflower is really good and so many less steps. Lol

If you are vegan like myself make sure you have a side high in protein since your main isn't protein. That is something interesting I've found being vegan is sometimes you make your sides really nutritious so you can eat some insanely delicious as the main xD

This doesn't taste like chicken at all but it is still super delicious way to eat cauliflower. I usually don't like cauliflower but fried and with a sauce it's very good
