Almost all the food I see these people make looks delicious but it's kind of annoying that when you see someone add a dressing or a dip to a particular meal they never state what it is, like the Hash brown omelet; would be nice if they at least gave you a name for it.

Fun fact, the Spanish omelette is called the tortilla. When Spain was colonizing Mexico, they named the round, unleavened cakes of corn they made after their dish, even though the two foods share no similarities other than their shape.

I just like a simple omelet, 3 eggs, maybe cheese, diced ham, diced onions, or better yet a fritatta with those ingredients as i like my scrambled eggs wet, fold it over after cooking if you like.
