Also, if you are vegetarian/vegan, here is a simple recipe for a simulated ham burger. Buy the largest portabella mushrooms you can find, 4-5 in diameter are perfect, clean out the gills gently with a spoon, clean the mushroom gently with a damp paper towel, do not rinse or soak in water. Saute' some fresh garlic, onions with the mushrooms in olive oil on medium low until tender. I place them on marble rye bread or toast slices, they are delicious, a lot of umami flavor with the mushrooms on rye, you can add any other condiments you see fit, the large portabello gives somewhat a texture of a hamburger, hope you try it, delicious, enjoy. btw, you can add some other sliced mushrooms to the top of the large portabello like simple button mushrooms, morels, enoki, shitaki, etc. just saute' them along side the portabello when in the pan at the same time and add on top for a mixed umami flavor.

Even though I really like your videos, I must confess that I REALLY DO NOT HAVE TO TRY YOUR RECIPES TODAY. HAVE TO are some of the most dangerous words today. They are very manipulative and lean towards the scheme of PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT. Make suggestions and not demands.

OH MY FIGGIN GOSSHHHH i introduced my family to loco moco and they LOVE IT Ever since. I hated loco moco bc we ate it so much. Seeing that burger made me remember loco moco. I feel very neglected.
