We use a similar mayo as the Japanese, just without vinegar. We use lemon juice instead, but the mayo is based on egg yolk like in the JP recipe. It's so weird to see a whole-egg-recipe mayo o__O

UGHHH. I miss 7/11 and Lawson's SO much I went to one or the other (sometimes both) almost every day when I was in Tokyo. Mitsuya Cider, a pre-made bento box, and a bag of Doritos. mmm.

I'm wondering how the dough made into a roll and closed up turned into a loaf magically. The dough was rolled over on top. It won't have become a plain loaf, in any way whatsoever Oof
