This is why I will never transition to veganism. All the cheese is vegan but the milk is from cashews. How much water does it take to produce one half gallon of cashew milk? There s a foolish consistency that I do not understand at all. I ve heard all of the arguments for going vegan. Not into it. Which is a shame because I love all vegetable meals. But give me a real Mac and cheese any day and spare me the evangelism.

Not a vegan, but using butter makes this NOT vegan. Vegans I know don't use any animal products in their food. Not even butter.
