I tried this recipe, it's perfect except for one thing. Make sure you completly cool off the strawberry sauce before adding to the whipped cream, otherwise it will make the cream curdle and will be very runny.

I am trying a mango version right now (i had no strawberries cuz we r on covid 19 lock down) taste great I added a little amaretto to the mango puree. Thanks for uploading it
