Mac n cheese. the first time I ever made basic homemade mac n cheese (butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk, cheese) just completely blew my mind. I still buy the boxed stuff, but I am buying more cool mac n cheese appropriate pasta, shells, fusilli, and different cheeses, orange cheddar, hard white medium sharp, is easy. Absolutely more expensive than a box, but its astounding how good home made mac n cheese is.
Like right now, its 11: 45 pm, I have been to the grocery store twice this week, I have everything including some nice bacon and those Frenches Crispy Jalepenos. Im day (night) dreaming It only takes about 1/2 hr. im not going to tonight but I have been craving it for hours.

Tonight Im going to make the first recipe, but Im not going to put in bread and everything, Im just making the Mac and cheese by itself since it looked so gooey and amazing. Ill check back tonight after I make it and tell you how it went.
Edit: I just got finished making it and it is AMAZING! It looks exactly like the video, its suuuuper stringy and gooey and delicious! The only thing is that the rue in the beginning, when they made it it was very dry right off the bat, but with me, it was very liquidy. Maybe I added too much butter? Idk. It was still amazing though!

There are two thing i took from this video the bacon wrapped Mac n Cheese but imma add chunks or chicken breasts as well and the pepperoni Mac n Cheese i will add all more pepperoni to mines tho.

I would really like to try it, but I've found out that my stomach can't digest cheddar.

I can only see myself enjoying the Tuscan chicken one. The others are a bit much. I still wanna fit in my jeans afterwards!

why would you use white bread for that. its a crime against humanity and would be infinitely more tasty if you used proper bread
