Today, I show you some tips and tricks that will help you become an expert illustrator and graphic designer using all sorts of materials. These techniques will also teach you how to improve your realism skills.
You can draw a geometric letter and then fill it in with a marker, then you drag some lines from it to give it depth and you--ve just turned your letter into something 3D. To make it even more realistic cut it around the top edges and voila.
Another great trick is to make an optical illusion drawing using lines that resemble a notebook. Draw horizontal lines on a plain piece of paper and then draw the pattern you want in the middle. The extend those lines downward so that one meets with the opposite lower line to make t 3D, then start shading to give it depth.
