I don't get the end-. go through all the trouble to show how to make beautiful gyoza/potstickers/dumplings but fail to show how to cook. Do you bake them, fry them, steam them or boil them?
Or do you cook them the right way, like in Japan, fry then steam?
Oh wait I get it now, just a way to make money, reuse same content, just a different title. different day. -
