Color Theory Part 09 - Strong and Weak Colors SchaeferArt doforanimals: Yes, sometimes I need to work on that 'being mindful' part of painting, ha! If my mind wanders, I might use too much of an intense color and have to add so much more of the weaker color which wastes paint. Phthalo blue is one I have to be careful with. That one is intense! Thanks for this reminder.

I really like this series. Some visual aids would help like in earlier videos, even just pointing at a painting. What is the difference between a strong and a saturated color? Also a neutral and a weak color? They seem similar, have guesses but not totally sure. Thanks for the videos.

Would be Awesome if you elaborated on the symbology of colours, and specifically, how do you incorporate Inspiration in general? I noticed you don't talk in detail about what inspires you to paint-. or how to create more inspired work-A bit of art theory is in order; )
