PVC is great many things. I just made a stand to hold poster board that I use for back drops. Presently I am building a table for macro photography. It will have a piece of translucent plastic so I can use light from underneath. Love your idea for still life table.

Hi SchaeferArt, What bulb are you using? I have a problem with multiple shadows even though I have the same clamp lamp as you are using. It seems to reflect all the sides of the inside of the lamp which means the shadows are not sharp edged

Cool beans man. I was wondering I picked up those pvc pipes out of the trash. Now I got my answer my pipes are a bit thinner and I don't have connectors so I will make wooden corners and drill holes for the pipes. Thank you so much!

One time I painted a still life of a dead rabbit that I had hung up in the studio, although it was stiff when i started to paint, by the end, it had drooped a bit. But it made for a really interesting painting: )
