I really enjoyed watching this - there was more push and pull with how Tiffanie was painting than how I had approached things, softening back then re-defining, giving a real variety in edges - I have some more illustration board cut, so I think I-ll do some more, take a deep breath and slow down!

I'm doing something similar with oils and Arches oil paper. You can cut a 22x30 sheet down to 4. 5x5. 5 squares. My colors are Winsor & Newton alizarin crimson, French ultramarine, cadmium lemon, raw umber, and a big tube of titanium white.

Great video, so many helpful tips from a clearly very experienced and knowledgable artist. I don't know how others feel, but I find it really difficult to concentrate on what the artist is saying because of the music in the background.

Tiffanie, where do you get your reference pictures for these paintings? Any good sites or instagram accounts? I saw that you used soulglance for some of your cityscape paintings, but what about your natural landscapes?
