I have been teaching the Visual Arts and Music for 44 years, and I am currently teaching an Introduction to Architecture and a Voice & Choral Music and I truly appreciate your practical and respectful approach to History. I have been blessed to have taught 24 years in our district's Gifted and Talented Program and prefer a left-brained analysis of many techniques, critical thinking and productive / creative thinking. It saddens me to hear how many teachers avoid teaching Spatial and Linear Perspective because it is difficult. I believe our goals as teachers come in showing our students what things they need to practice to develop skill thoroughly and quickly. I still get very excited seeing students enjoy success. I appreciate you videos!

Somebody throw a pail of cold water on that guy the next time he starts to sing will ya. I was kind of interested in the subject matter. But after three minutes of the flaming and raging flamingo duet. I'm already sick to my stomach and my skins starting to crawl. Stomachs turning. and I think I'm going to puke any minute now. Tell me. What ever happened to staying on subject. And why do these two rejects think its their one and only. or last chance for fame. or the johnny Carson show or something. the next time you title a podcast. label it. -The couda done something. But we got mental illness. And decided to show the world( or the ass and hole show. ) -. so people will know what to expect will you. thanks for your attention.

I might be dull as a butter knife today, but did this course not get made yet-Marshall-s perspective course, by way of Proko? I-d love to purchase, but can-t find it. I see his older lectures are available on his website, but he made the Proko course version sound even more up-to-date. Thanks in advance for letting me know if I-m an idiot, or this hasn-t been actualized yet.

Very lucky to have learned perspective at very rudimentary level while in school aged 13. It has to be internalised and becomes an organic intuition which extends into the physical. What is fascinating is that many people have no concept or experience of perspective. I will never forget the look of terror on a young girl in South Africa who had never used stairs before.

Gotta say, I love the vibe, knowledge and humour that you guys bring to your show. I-m a freelance artist and beginning art teacher, and your episodes are currently my favourite thing to listen to while I work away in my little studio. thanks for sharing your knowledge, I-m looking forward to taking some of your courses when I find a chunk of time.

Perspective = for me play with your Camera [ close-up, and telelens effecten is your friend]
Pure for understanding ''Perspective'' you can take a closer look at things.
And when you use a type '' viseye-lens'' it's even getting better. learned a lot with this.
ThnXs for share of it Proko!

So how do people draw boxes in perspective? You just make 3 lines that shoot to vanishing points and converge the rest of the lines?
do i have to think about the horizon line first? with its 2 vanishing points?
or do i just make 3 lines that go to vanishing points and converge them?

8: 15 Marshall mention the perspective book on his site but i can't seem to locate it. Can Proko be kind enough to add the link to it or ask Marshall to? I know this is over two years old. I can find it on amazon but I rather support you, gentlemen, instead. Thank you kindly.

I can't wait for a generalized AI teacher. Imagine how cool that would be, you would not need to pay or contact a pro to get some critiques. well, blender kind of lets you do that but shhhh my computer isnt beefy

Or enter architecture school, lol. Freehanding perspective certainly almost killed me in first year. Architects take great pride in being able to not need rulers in their sketches. sigh
