Kinda too bad that it doubles as a photoshop/photobashing tutorial. Not that I'm passing judgment, but makes you wonder how hard it is for the people he's referencing, or other people coming here who primarily use those materials, since they don't have those shortcuts available to them. The details of the advice in the video don't crossover in that way.

I really want to like digital painting but they end up feeling flat) after seeing a piece a few times it loses its magic. I don't get that with great 'traditional paintings.
What's the explanation for that? (presuming it's not just purely a personal taste thing.

I am 18 and till now I have only drawn with graphite. Now I am moving to paints. Proko has helped me a lot in my journey. The intro is very nostalgic. Looking forward to see more painting tutorials on proko.

i came to learn about STORYTELLING with light, not just a light/watercolor effect tutorial. this is all because of the title, i have nothing against Dom himself. pretty disappointed.
