Wonderful! The Bone shaped lunch box threw me for a loop, love it, so cute. I like how you took those ears Spencer has and simplified them to be cartoony without losing there character, awesome. When i come up with cartoon animat designs the toughest part is choosing what features are essential for identity, such as that Occipital Protuberance, and other key features, so thanks for always giving us great tips. Oh yeah, I have a question that should bring back some hopefully fun memories for you: What was it like working at Mad Magazine? Just curious. Have a great day and or night my friend. :-)

I DO enjoy watching! Your explanations are very down to earth. simple and to the point. I'm making a list of your books. I want to be able to draw cartoon characters, make them out of wood, then design a whirligig around them. I was an art major in high school 50 years ago. I'm now a retired ironworker and want to get my eye, hand, and brain back in touch with each other lol. Take care!

Hi Chris, I just got your book on Cute Animals and wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying it. The drawings are so clear and the written instructions/tips are top notch. I've read a lot of instructional books and it's one of the best in terms of how you clearly break down what you're doing and why.
