In this video, I go fishing in the ocean, off the coast of Florida with my good friend Corey and our goal was to catch some bottom fish and pelagic species. While bottom fishing, I managed to hook and land a flying fish. I quickly rigged the flying fish for bait and tossed it behind the boat. Corey used a live bonito for bait, and within a few minutes, he was hooked up to a massive fish We initially thought that we hooked a big kingfish, but it turned out to be a giant shark This shark was giant; we could barely move it After both Corey and I fought this shark for over an hour, the line broke. The shark has defeated us After losing the shark, both Corey and I were hooking bonito. All of a sudden, the fishing rod with the flying fish started bending over. I put the reel in free spool and let the fish eat the bait. I set the hook and a huge sailfish starting jumping. Unfortunately, the sailfish got away. I caught another flying fish and used it for live bait. Corey caught and used another bonito for live bait. While I was filming an interview, his rod bent over and the reel started screaming We thought it was a wahoo, but it turned out to be another giant shark Within 20 minutes, the line broke and the shark defeated us As we were packing up, a hammerhead shark swam to the boat and ate my flying fish When I got back to the dock, I used the leftover bait to feed the jack crevalles.

So Ive been watching josh for a little under 2 months now, and let me tell you I feel like a little boy on the day before Christmas watching him, I cant wait to go fishing, unfortunately I live up north ( cape cod area ) to be specific, cold, snow, ice, and no fish lol, so with that being said Im going to be down in Florida at the end of February for my birthday. Now I dont know anything about the fishing scene in Florida since Ive only been there about 3 times, with my last being around 6 years ago. So id basically need a guide. Does anyone know if josh offers these kind of services like take me out on a trip or does he himself pick and choose who he wants to take and he reaches out? I tried looking for his services online but couldnt find anything, maybe different company name? If not josh does anyone know a really good company that provides such a service, or even someone that stumbles across my comment haha? If so what are the average cost per day? And would I have to schedule ahead of time? Thanks in advance to any input.

An albacore ia actually a white fleshed tuna common on the west coast. Has no stripes of any kind. Like blackies, yellowfin and bluefin. Shaped like 'em too. That bonito you guys got are actually called little tunny (taste good. The ones with the straight stripes on the back are true bonitos (taste crappy. The ones with stripes on the lower half are skipjack. These taste good too. Google this if ya aren't sure of my info. Also super congratulations to ya on the girl Your wife has done all the heavy lifting so far - thank her one more time

Bit tougher on Spinning, got a couple from the shore. Last year in our annual Sardine run so many were lost on spinning gear, biggest landed was Dusky whalers over 300kg on spinning gear - all from the shore though.

Just another amazing video man. I would give anything to go out and fish with you and try to match that energy you bring when cranking in a giant

I used to love these videos. Now I feel like all I'm watching/listening to is squealing followed by constant pulled hooks or cut offs. Lol.
