I can't stand the taste of any seafood. even canned tuna with equal mayo and relish. I can barely choke it down and certainly don't enjoy it; but I grew up in S. Fla and fished off the canal in the back yard in Pompano in the early 70s (a few blocks from McNab Elementary, if that is still there. and then later in N. Miami and fishing in the keys. and a few half-day deep sea charter trips, always enjoyed fishing, even cleaning and cooking, but can't stand a bite. It has a wang to it, in addition to the fish flavor. everyone else in my family ate fish. maybe my body chemistry has something to it that seafood rejects. I never remember eating a single fish stick as a child. maybe I threw it up and my parents said, Don't ever give Bobby fish any more and that was the end of it. lol

you need a mirror on a swivel near the top, that you can angle down to where you are working, to catch the light of the sun, when the sun is setting like that. like a dentist with that mirror he wears on his head; since your shadow blocks the light of the sun when it is low in the sky this time of year; your dock faces north I presume; and the sun tracks lower in the sky in the winter.

Great day. Just really concerned yo see the girl trying to touch the shark. That could have ended very badly for the girl. The sharks are like dogs. They see you hands come close and they jump and turn and get you. You will be surprised how much they can turn around and flex like an eel to bite you. Never ever do that.

you should hang a chain and hook from the awning of your new processing table, just a few inches back from the table, then you can have the fish laying on the table with scale in his lip, and raise it up and hang it on the hook, and then it will be easier to get a reading.

Vic I am 71 years old and I have met all my personal fishing goals. I have fished from Canada to Grand Ise and some Florida fishing too. But my joy now is watching others catch fish. Brings me more joy than me catching fish.

Vic, I don't know how you can pull it off, but you 100% should try to go to Diego Garcia some day. It's part of the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT, and since only the military can go there, the fishing is amazing.

That was such an amazing weekend! I am so grateful to have spent it with family. I am still in awe of the fish we caught. It is so cool to be able to watch and relive those memories. Thanks Viktor and Brian!

Caught a few decent Wahoo in Hawaii, one bounced off the gaff when brought aboard and got me in back of my calf.
When we got back to the dock they told me it’s customary to eat the eyeballs first.

48 degrees! That is like Siberia for FL! LOL Nice fat ono. I do really like the processing and cooking of your catch. I save your stuff for dinner ideas over here in Maui. Stay Safe & Tight Lines.

Beginners luck never fails! I took my brother in law saltwater fishing he caught more fish then everyone. I know Vic dropped a tear for not catching that massive wahoo. What a beast. Great job.

Pro tip. When making your nigiri, put a small dab of wasabi between the fish and the rice. The flavors balance perfectly and you don't have to ration the ideal amount to add later.

My least favorite part is when everyone goes around eating all the fish. Im just so jealous and want to reach through the screen and try some! Gosh that looks so freaking good!

All of those Wahoo preparations look deliciousso unfair when I’m enjoying another winter in Michigan. Nothing beats fresh saltwater fish! Keep up the videos.

every now and then please show a little more of the feeding frenzy once you throw the scraps, skin, skeleton in the canal. even cutting up into smaller pieces.

Mahi mahi is so delicious! I haven’t had any in decades, looking at that fish, I can taste the buttery flesh. That Wahoo was huge. Way to go, Rob!

Seeing a grown ass man acting like a toddler about food pisses me off for some reason. Glad to see Dennis at least tried the fish and not be a baby about it

I wish bass fishing was easy as salt water fishing lmao I feel like if I had the time I spent on bass on wahoo I’d be one famous and two rich lol
