Snorkeling is all need around Key West. Did everyday as active duty Seabee at Boca Chica Air Base in 1993 to 1995. Snappers every night for dinner and a lobster tail every other night with a small piece of sirloin red potatoes and fresh streambeens. The usual southern menu folks. I miss it. I-m in California and suffering for real food.

Redneck seems worried every time you go overboard. He-s a very cool dog. I like the way he wants to eat every fish that comes across the rail. My dog does the same thing. I worry he-s gonna get a hook in his face one day. Great video, epic fishing, thanks. I think springs underwater concentrate fish due to increased oxygen levels.

My neighbor goes snapper fishing every year. I asked him to save the heads for me and I could tell he thought I was crazy. I cook them on the smoker with Myers lemon, garlic, butter and assorted spices. I invited him over for dinner and now he just brings me the heads. This has been going on for 7 years now.

Good evening Gabe and Kelly! What a trip-. That was a mess of fish. My wife is from the philippines. She turn me on to the heads too. I love them. Am an outdoorsman but I give her credit she has taught me things to eat. I would have never try.

I will tell you growing up in Citrus County as a kid, the Rock piles on the Deep Flats out of Crystal River and Homosassa are the best shallow water grouper fishing in the state.

Back in the late 60s and 70s are our uncle lived in Key Largo we went there all the time catching lots of grouper snapper conch and lobster so much fun and such a good eating

I feel like fish heads are looked at similar to crab -knuckles-. so much damn meat in em but people don't wanna go through the -trouble- or whatever lol!
