An overview of my March 2017 trip to Winoga Lodge in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. My group spent three full days ice fishing for a variety of species, and even more fun, trekking deep into the back country by snowmobile in search of the fish. It truly was an adventure and an eye opening experience for me. So few people visit this region to fish in the winter months and quite honestly they don't know what they're missing. Hopefully this will become a yearly trip, it sure helps break up the monotony of a long winter!
