In mid June of 2017 my young son Brendan and I traveled to Kistigan Lake, a remote outpost camp operated by Elk Island Lodge on God's Lake in Northern Manitoba.
The camp is a bit rough around the edges but WOW, my son and I enjoyed some of the very best trophy pike fishing I've ever experienced in my life!
The two of us landed forty seven pike 40 inches or greater with the largest taping out at just over 44 inches. Truly incredible!
When we did fish for walleyes they were abundant and large. Most days it was non stop fish from morning till night.
Duane: mike we also have fished at kistigan, and for us it was without a doubt the best pike fishing we have every had. This year we are going over to Reilly lake. However we trying to go back to kistigan at some point. but we have heard that Greg sold that and Edmunds.
