Trout return and come back over and over again without dying like the Atlantic salmon. All pacific salmon only run the river once to die. I do agree with the littering needs to stop. There needs to be more police giving tickets for littering. Rather then sitting in their cars and catching speeders all day. Better to catch some litterers by the riversides as well.

If fishing is a big part of the economy why not invest more funding in policing the river at least you can control the issues with the problem fisherman, Jim explained how bad this issue is.

The river used to have more water in it #1 and there used to be a lot more fish in there. There are still lots of fish but not what it used to be. Regulations need to change #1.

Fisherman social distance. People going for a walk outside it will remain low. It makes sense however if there are thousands of people coming in. Instead limit the numbers.
