I don't know if you know this but when you cut the head off a trout and you grab a hole in the skin on the back of the trout you can actually skin it before you cook it all you got to do is pull it off

Does Nebraska not have fishing seasons for trout? Cause in Michigan certain rivers and lakes have different times when u can fish them and keep trout out of them. I guess every state is different
