You paint your porch roof lite blue like that keeps birds from making nests on it. Like barn swallows. My step dad had them building nests like that and he did some research and found out that if you paint them the color of the sky they will not nest there.

Bar to the right when you walk downstairs, pool table in the (old) baseball room. Stock the lighted shelves with fishing/hunting memorabilia (personal and historical. Africa mounts on the wall. House is sick Flair, way to go. Laundry room deer hunt

Just a heads up. The reason your porch ceiling is light blue is old southern lore that if the No seeums see sky above them they dont come out in the evening. Almost every porch in the Keys have this going. Does it work? Hell no

Donkey. Coyotes are afraid of donkeys because they will kick the jaw off a coyote. If you can deal with the noise its a good idea. If you can hear a donkey so can the coyotes
