The knife used is the cutco fishermans solution. I sell them and they are truly the best fillet knife on the market, forever warranty, made in America, and you can always shave with them. They replace it too if anything goes wrong with it

I held the ND State Record for White Bass for about 12 years. Some dude beat me by 3 ounces in the past few years though. Got the dang thing mounted, now I don't know what to do with it. Who brags about the 2nd biggest fish?

You think whitebass is good in the summer. Eat it while ice fishing its ten times better than Summer whitebass PS: While filleting a whitebass make sure to get the red meat that's near the skin it leaves a bad taste

I fish Striper regularly. A couple tips to improve the taste. #1 Bleed the fish right away. #2 cut out the red meat. #3 soak filets in salted milk for like half an hour then rinse and dry. Now do anything you want to them.

The white bass run in the Maumee river up here in Toledo is intense, I usually catch and release or give away, but next spring I think I'm just gonna send it and see how they taste. Way to send it brah.

Thats not how to fillet, not trying to be mean at all, but you follow the rib cage instead of cutting into the guts. and don't cut all the way thru the tail it will hold the meat.
