It takes more metabolic activity in the winter to remain warm than in warmer seasons. The grains are easier to digest and other then the cellulose in trees and hay, is an amazing source of calories. I would increase the grain or the number of grain feedings per day. Caloric intake must be equal to the caloric demands of staying warm.

Hay is low in protein you have to provide a to feed pellets or some high quality alfalfa hay when winter feeding livestock forage is etter than grain for the animals digestion feed them as much forage when its really cold this will help to keep the animals warm by maintain body heat

Bro i was thinking its a bit retarded but you should put them in one of your large paddock but like harv the paddock and make better fences so nothing can jumper or dig or anything so the animals are safe it's dumb

Love the video and look forward to more. If my memory serves me, you don't want to choose rocks that have been submerged under water, like in a stream or pond. Those are the ones most likely to explode.

You just need to fix the way you feed them grain. You can make it where you put it in on the outside and it falls in on the inside so they arent attacking you when you try sticking your arm in.

U guys should spread the food troughs out so they are not packet together and put the hay in the hay feeder because they know where thats at and dont put it on the ground its just a waste
