Too many people calling Lucy at once. If flair is training her he should be the only one calling her and playing with the toy. If he is the only one calling her and throwing the toy Lucy will respond faster to flair. Once she gets to be obedient to him then the she will respond to the other guys after.

The reason to not over graze is the worms and other viruses that the animals are more likely to contract when grazing very low forage/roots. The only animals that you will give you a hard time is the goats, everything else can be contained and rotationally grazed with a strand or 2 of electric braid
