You're going to have a point of entry for water between the wrap and the insulation on the gable end where the upper wrap didn't quite overlap the lower. I'd fix that now before the inevitable happens.

You'll probably want to run the chimney for the wood stove straight up through the roof instead of through a wall, that way you get more radiant heat. That's how I'd do it anyways.

Hold up Flair you have to tape the flange on the windows to keep water from running down the vapor barrier going between the it and the window and inside the cabin.
