I Bought a 1, 000, 000 ABANDONED Exotic HIGH-FENCE Ranch! (Full Tour) parker: Flair, what I think you should do with the property is take down the fence and open it up as a deer and anything natural to your state. If you did this you could get income from having people come hunt it. If you do exotics it is going to cost you to keep testing them and also I m sure they are expensive to buy. The hunting content will also be good so it seems like a better idea to do the natural route. If you wanted some exotics though you do have 400 acres so you could always re use some of the fence and do 100 acres for the exotics.

I would lose the fence and you can probably have it taken down for FREE if you can find someone that wants the steel as there is probably more than a few thousand dollars in scrap in it and let them keep the steel the reason that I would go with that is as cool as doing exotics would be the commitment of time and money that would be required you wouldn't have time to do anything else especially if you are planning on buying another property
before making any decision's on the pond i would bring out a tinny with a depth finder on it and just scout the existing pond and if its not deep enough i think it would be better to drain and dredge what is there because to get the depth you want it will probably be massive and not get deep very quick ie not a lot of good fishable area
and to go back to previous video you were asking for suggestions on how to prevent the washout by the dam didn't get a good look but the rocks by the rv area i would take them back to your place and put them in the corner where the washout was bad as grass probably wont stand up to heavy rains but rocks will

Me personally, I would have the fence removed. Hey if the DNR is willing to help take the help and you know they would bring big toys to help the process. The pond, I would drain it and dredge it out. Stock it with things for catch cook clean cooks. Raise and release turkeys, quail, chucker, and pheasants. With the grasses look at Pheasants forever, you can pick what kind of habitat seed you want. You can get enrolled in CRP management and get lower taxes on the property. Maintenance on the trails and create new trails. Do some clover fields of the green clover, do some white dutch clover plots(springtime deer feed on it, and some crimson clover plots (deer love it in the fall. Some radish plots, and some bean plots. Plant some groves of apple trees, crab apple trees, oak, hickory, chestnut, and some mulberry trees. By the pond, you could even look at ducks unlimited to see what kind of CRP seeds they have and get some down around the pond to draw in waterfowl. The cabin will probably need some updating. That place has the potential to become the beefcake hunting club.

If you're going to keep it, work with Tobie and or Mulletman to get it setup and managed, but be prepared to hire someone full time to manage the property and feed the animals and then start building up clientele and make it a retirement plan. If you don't want to take it that far, take down the fence and turn back to natural and go hard setting up a white tail heaven and manage it for brutes in a few years

Hey flair I had thought long and hard about your new ranch and honestly i think that doing an exotic hunt could benefit you as far as profit and yes its alot of work and great content but not only that but it could also help bring in some of the hunters that are looking to do exotic hunts if you are ok with putting it out there for them. but this is all up to you

Your flare what I would do with that property I would tear the house and make a big sniper tower then clear some of the trees down then have a full on sniping 3-D tower and you don t have to listen to me that s just what I ll do

I say keep the fence and if there is some kind of exotic animals they would have to be removed off the property. But would be expensive to run a drive through zoo, so things to think about. Shewwwwwoooo

Have the best of both worlds. Fence off a nice section for exotics then have the rest for deer. U gotta take it out anyway if u want deer so just move the fence, a lot of work but more content.

You should make it exotic, make lake a bit bigger and set trail cams and see if there is anything. Really wanna see u bring Lucy there and have some quail. Love the vids! Giant fan
