He someone come help remove anything that is toxic. Remove the engine and transmission before sinking the cop car. Maybe you can figure out how to seal the light bar and wiring. Run wiring out to the fallout room to turn the lights on and off. Just a crazy idea

There is a button thing under the carpet by the parking brake foot pedal that you push that locks the shfter lever. My crown vic has the same thing. I hope you get it fixed

Ok when u put it in a pond make sure the transmission has no fluid the radiator is empty and u drain the break fluid also no gas lol we don't need dead fish
