Why Are These Fish Bleeding?

Welcome back fishing freaks! Today I'm on Lake Conroe, sight of the 2017 Bassmaster Classic. I'm fishing shallow with texas rigged worms in the backs of creeks going for big largemouth bass that might be moving up to spawn. I didn't catch any giants, but I did catch a few very interesting bass including one that had black spots all over it and another one that have some some of flesh eating bacteria on it's skin. There were also bass that had bloody tails from making beds on the bottom of the lake that have a hard bottom. They will beat there tail fin across the bottom enough to where it will start to bleed in many cases

LFG - you should collaborate with Matt Allen of taticalbassin on Clear Lake if you want to get yourself a 13lb. Tight lines bro
Keep up the good work. SIDE BAR QUESTION - As a A&M Aggie alumni. How do you feel about the obnoxious Seahawks fans calling themselves the 12th man, when you guys started it

The rule oh thumb is, if you want to catch a big fish only, you may need to switch to larger baits, like 6-8-10 inch swim baits. This way you eliminate the smaller fish. Of course, you won't get much excitement as you got with the regular size baits, but when your bait will taken, you know that it will be a monster.

I caught a crappie and it's whole body was as black as the spots on that bass. Even it's lips were black, only part that wasn't was in its mouth

Almost every time I google something about fishing, the video results give me a LFG video. You're like the human encyclopedia of fishing.

Hi Justin. This video gives some great tips and I was just wondering what the brand of the sunfish creature baits you used were called
