BEST FRESHWATER FISH TO EAT? (Crappie vs Walleye Catch & Cook) shannon11590: For me the Crappie is hands down the absolute best tasting fish on earth, and if cooked right its got the fluffiest and flakiest bright white meat that literally melts in your mouth! Now look at what youve done! Youve got me starved for some crappie and naturally I dont have any. So, hopefully Ill be off to the lake later this evening with some live minnows and or some small spoon baits to stock up, hopefully.

Longer formats are better and I do agree Walleye are the best fresh waster fish. Problem here in Arizona the lakes that contain them Has mercury so its recommended consumption level is 4 oz a day.
Back home where Im originally from there is no consumption limit.
Anyway great video as always take care GOD bless.

Tons of walleye at Mille Lacs lake in Minnesota. We'd always just go out to the middle of the lake, drop anchor, let a live worm drop all the way down to the bottom, reel up 5ft, and wait. We'd always come back with our limits in a very short amount of time. Super tasty fish!

I think my best tasting fish rankings would be: 1 walleye. 2 blue gill. 3 crappie or reverse 2&3. Longer, shorter, dont mater just keep them coming!

A walleye in England is called a Zander and people think its a pike that has bread with a perch. Is that the case where your from. ?
