Hey, would it be a good idea to, prior to cleaning, take heavy duty clippers (wire clippers) and clean off all poisonous prongs?
Then, you can treat fish like any other!

Why don't you use a pair of side cutters to cut off the spines before cleaning the fish? Most people have a pair in their tackle box or on their boat.
