Perfect! A+ couldn't have said it better myself. This lure besides the real jig is a spinnetbait, but more versatile. The same way you fish a spinnetbait but more aggressive. When this lure was introduced in lake Amistad in 2005, by Bryon Velvic and it produced good catching limits just like the jig itself, still my best lure to go but more versatile like a spinnetbait best of both worlds. A good serch bait and the other best serch bait fore myself would be a jerk bait, all three by far my go to baits all big bass baits.

all i got to say is shut up, i bought this z man bait fished it about a month in lake eufaula and havent got 1 hit, i have fished grass and about 1, 000 miles of shore line including docks. not 1 hit, i have fished the black and blue the greatest muddy water color ever you pros say and the orange craw one wheller won the mlf tourney with this year and not 1 hit, i think you guys just selling baits and hide from us what you really fish with.

I am throwing chatterbaits more and more, but on the lake I fish, a spinnerbait I throw the most. Certainly prefer throwing the spinnerbait around wood cover as it seems to snag less. The chatterbait does an excellent job of coming thru weed beds.
Bryan, you really did an excellent job of tips on chatterbait fishing!
Thanks to you and Scott for the upload!

Black and blue chatterbait IS my favorite big bass lure. I use a junebug zmann elaztech worm and cut it off at the worm band. The worm floats and I throw it in the grass and rip it up and let it fall to the bottom. The worm tail will rise up and they can't resist.

Ok at 2: 38 of the video a fish strikes in front of your boat and you mentioned it but didnt cast towards the area where it struck? I would have cast past it to see if whatever it was could I get it to bite. Seems like a normal thing to me to do.

Great tips. I spray paint my Black/Blue chatter blades black. No need for a custom blade, and save some. I am also very successful with trolling my chatter behind my little Bass Hunter 10' boat.

Just curious, but Bryan stated he saw shad spawning and he was still throwing green pumpkin rather than white. But to each there own. He is the pro and I haven't a clue: )
