You guys got the mike long thing way off the guy bamboozeled 175000 dollars from cheating in tournaments he had secret live wells in his boat and he would pull out 8 - 10 and even 12 pounders out of secret compartments in his boat he would tie fish to trees and pretend to snag them while fishing with partners the guy should be in jail he did it in around 40 tournaments threatened his parters 13 year old kid when he was gonna tell on him theres a 9 page article on fish sd the guy is just an awful human the evidence is so compounding is unreal he has numerous partners who caught him taking fish out of bags like you see in the pet store hooking them on his swimbait then tossing them out the back while he would feel in a half dead fish theres also about 3 stories of co anglers saying he would snag bass on drip shot rigs with trebles and then weight the bass in tournaments taking 3, 4 grand at a clip it just keeps going the man even had tanks in his garage he would feed bass and fatten them up so he could bring them to the lake next day and claim he caught them theres other stores of him holding fish other people caught then posting the video years later saying he got a big bass it gets even worse i highly recommend the article on fish Sd

He wasn't only snagging them off the bed with treble hooks and weights, he would then rehook them with a swim bait and turn on his camera and act like he was fighting the fish for real. then he would take pics, keep the fish in a net, troll to another part of the lake and re fight and re catch the same fish, and take more pics. there are also allegations of him snagging fish, tying them to trees or stumps and retrieving them in local tournaments. he also won big fish of the year in the state twice, taking 25, 000 each time

Glad to hear you guys discuss the fraud that is Mike Long. Us fisherman may lie a lot, but committing outright fraud for monetary gain and publicity is obvious too far. Bed fishing may be a heated debate, but snagging them with salmon snagging rigs should be universally condemned. His recorded actions give a lot more weight to the various allegations that have always surrounded him.

Bruh he did cheat in tournaments. Dude goes out solo and comes back with a bag in the high 20s almost every time, but when he fishes with a partner he doesn't catch anything. Plus there are multiple eyewitness accounts from partners that heavily suggest he had fish stowed away in a compartment in his boat or tied up to trees before the tournament.

He keeps the big fish he catches in tanks in his garage and then hides them during tournaments so he has done stuff during tournaments. His co anglers have seen him having half dead fish being reeled in when they would run the motor he would wait til they quit looking then pull them out a secret box and reel them in

It was in a tournament, multiple tournaments in his area. He was keeping fish in his garage and taking them to tournaments. He was taking pictures with fish that his friend caught and claiming it as his own multiple different fish. It is super shady. He has done nothing but cheat his whole life.

100% the bite has been off! I mean you can adapt but I noticed I have had to slow down the lure more then usual and have slightly more patience! this week is when finaly the Large and smallies been blowing up a bit more! Im fishing South Bay Up Champlain

you got to do a full video on mike long. he intimidated witnesses, had secret compartments in his boat to stow fish, etc. he's a real piece of crap. also, it would be nice if you could explain why snagging fish is so dangerous for the fish.
