There's certain people who knows their stuff very well who argues that using bootstrap like that instead of really learning everything HTML and CSS has to offer is a mistake in the long run? That when something fails is hard to know how to fix it sometimes?

What is the difference between having the freelance tamplate on bitballoon vs gh-pages?
I just didnt get the same result when I put it on gh-pages branch.
