Head's up for those who have an AMD Ryzen CPU of any generation: keep the power settings as Balanced and install the AMD chipset drivers for your motherboard (X370, B550, etc). The performance scheduler built into Ryzen CPUs is far superior to even Windows' High or Ultra Performance, but you need the chipset drivers installed. This does not apply to Intel CPUs. If you have an Intel CPU, then the performance suggestion in this video is beneficial to you.

First of all, best performance is screwing up your processor, which is constantly running at 60% even when you're not doing anything. So it'll get damaged faster. Don't mess around with MSConfig, because it'll constantly be loading another startup and won't load everything. And I don't know why you'd want to disable visual effects, unless someone has really little RAM in their PC, with 8-16GB it's unnecessary. It also ruins the look, and it's terrible.

I wat told that you should not defragment a Solid State Drive (SSD) because it offers no performance benefit and actively shortens the drive's lifespan by causing unnecessary writes to its limited lifespan flash memory cells, wearing them out faster.

The biggest problem is file explorer, long delay time in files update with white flash. Also taking too too long time to respond, example: changing folder names. Any help, thanks.
