I learned c++ but can't get a clue what to do with it. As I have python, js, html, css I know what I can do with it. Like with python by learning gui I can create softwares but don't know what to do with c++. Any suggestions?

Forward declaration is a correct term. Prototype is also used for class and function signatures in header files or at the top of a .c or .cpp file.
