I'm 14:43 in and so far all I've seen has been non-specific babbling (around 25% of which has been -umm-) and no actual or implied tutorial.
In relation to a video that lasts 37 hours, 14 minutes isn't all that long. But introductions do matter, so if you give me almost 15 minutes of babbling then tell me you can't actually walk through the steps of something you say is the first critical step then it makes wanting to invest time by continuing to watch far less appealing.
Edit: At 46 minutes in, it's still just undirected babbling. There's a passing attempt at explanation but it's too poor for people who aren't technologically minded, and too slow/basic for people who are. It's at this point that I must stop the video. There is no real structure here, barely a framework, nothing is concise, ideas often contradict without explanation. This is not a well built/delivered course.

7 minutes in and we're still trying to convince the absolute beginner on why we need to register for dev acc to get the app identifier. I hope we're over it by 14 min and actually just getting it done. Because we really don't care about the reasons. For us beginners it's enough that you, the -expert- tell us that it's needed - -don't ask why-. -UPDATE- - Scrolled to 14 min and we're still on the topic.

Finally a course from a professional developer(not from a CS student, like lots of courses on FCC lately), but it is a to-do app, and it is 36 hours :/
