Were going to show you how create an Excel 2016 Chart with Two Y Axes.
Once you have a chart and two sets of data plotted, left-click directly onto the line, columns, etc. of the set of data you want on the secondary axis. After selecting it, right-click it and choose Format Data Series.
Choose Secondary Axis instead of Primary Axis.
Optionally, to make things more visually appealing and differentiating the two axes, left-click one of them to select it. Under the Format Axis dialogue box you can change the color of it. Change the color so it matches the legend and the color of the plotted data series. Repeat the same with the other axis.
