Step 2 I get an error page telling me it can't be reached. #3 the prefetch tap is not even there. Not sure which windows you're using but this is hard to follow as I find you hard to understand. Thanks anyway.

I couldn't understand what you said in order to open the Chrome Task Manager. Was it Shift+SK? I thought it was Control+Alt+Delete? I haven't tried it yet as i am still watching.
