Building the ULTIMATE streaming TV bundle on ANY budget Cord Cutting Guide

Building the ULTIMATE streaming TV bundle on ANY budget Cord Cutting Guide HBO Max’s versatility of content is astonishing. Amazon’s Prime Video is arguably the only app which competes with it for versatility. Even there, HBO Max has a pricing plan that is a huge argument in its favor over Prime Video. With HBO Max, the consumer does not pay for content individually. Rather, pay a blanket price for the app, and then individual products are click and watch. It is Netflix with evergreen solid brands. It will be interesting to see how AT&T’s sale of WarnerMedia to Discovery affects HBO Max.\r\n

I think you have to be careful when you are bundling like that because if you add in the cost of the internet you will not be saving any money and it would be cheaper to just get a cable bundle package. I have Pluto($0), Tubi($0), Peacock($0), Locast($0) and Prime video( Amazon Prime member). I just added HBO max($15) but will cancel after I watch everything I want to watch. Internet is $33 bucks because I own my modem. So at most, the max I might spend for a month is $48 bucks at the most for everything.

I just cancelled directv last week and it hasn't shut off yet. We already have Netflix, Prime, and Dis/Hulu/Espn, and an antenna. So, I might get a Tablo OTA DVR and pay the $5/month for the guide service and run everything through my Rokus. I still won't have ESPN so I am still sorting that out for college basketball and college football. Sling appears to be the cheapest choice at which point it renders the Tablo unnecessary. So I'm still sorting that out. Thoughts

With out live TV there is no cutting the cable. Unfortunately, when talking all the streaming I would be doing, I would need an internet provider to carry the load. Ah ha, here comes the cable again. Stand alone cable internet price is exspensive. However it would be needed in a house hold with two or more tvs to handle the bandwidth. Now add that to your top tier and your paying the same or even more than you would for cable.

Great info thanks! Just cut off my cable but had to bump up my internet to unlimited data 1000mbps. =$120. Hulu live, Netflix, HBO max, Apple TV, AMC, Disney, Peacock, Prime Ann might be forgetting one or two more. Used to pay $240 xfinity plus all the extra extremist services. With only streaming tv I’m saving about $50 a month not a lot but it adds up at the end. Will see how it will go now.

For the ultimate bundle, here’s what I’d do in 2022:
HBO Max ($15/month)
Disney/Hulu/ESPN Pack ($14/month)
Paramount Premium ($10/month)
Discovery Premium ($7/month)
Netflix Standard ($13/month)
Philo TV ($25/month)
Peacock Free Plan ($0/month)
Pluto TV ($0/month)
Total comes to $84 per month, for all this entertainment I think it’s a good value.

I give think this gives a great idea for content to watch but I'm really looking into commercial free only yeah I'm one of those I do not will not and cannot have commercials.....
And PS that does not mean advertisements can't be there I just like them kind of in the content itself for a Split Second

I use Netflix HD plan, Hulu (no ads), and HBO Max which is only roughly $50 and than on top of that I get Prime Video for free with my phone plan. I had Disney but I can live without it cause I've already seen 90% of the content that's provided on Disney Plus.

HBO Max is tremendous for versatile brands. I wish the company had named it differently, and that it were more widely available with little to no buffering. But, its power brands and properties cannot be beaten by any other company on the market.

I don’t have cable or an antenna I use prime and HBO max as my main services peacock for nbc shows and sports and wrestling haystack news for local and world news and nfl app during football season. Serves my needs perfectly

I've lived for a day without electronics since 5:15 p.m. yesterday, and went back to using them at 5:44 p.m. today. No scam. I'm not lying. I've done the 24-Hour Digital Detox Challenge.

My personal favorite is Netflix, they have great shows like Stranger Things, The Umbrella Academy, Breaking Bad, etc and they have great movies
reply

There should be a provider with only live news and sports, that's the only live content I need. Then I could get more on demand services.
reply

I dropped Disney for HBO Max. I've already seen 90% of the content on Disney Plus and HBO Max has WAY more newer and better content.
reply

I use internet for Roku and have Paramount and Amazon Prime more than shipping. We also use an antenna. I can't afford anything more.
