Create your own retro gaming console - Chris Titus Tech This has become so easy in 2022. In the first 2 minutes of the video you will be setup, then config, and my personal settings on how to use retropi MegaManNeo: Hey Chris, have you actually heard of RetroNAS?
It's a fairly new project that is supposed to supply ROMs and ISOs over the network which shall be of great use especially with those fancy MiSTer builds but will also work with a Pi setup since it's basically a NFS hookup.

Most of the Tech youtubers that I see mention playing games all the time. Many are married, might have kids. These games take so much of your time. How you guys play so many games, do work, and spend time with your family as well? Big mystery for me.

Yes I agree with the direction you have gone with on this however wouldnt you get a more robust experience with an old core 2 quad set up? I am using a Gigabyte E8AUM DS2H micro atx with a xenon x5470 for my retro rig. I know the pi's are cheaper.

Dear Chris, can you pls pls make another video to setup Retro Gaming on OSMC on Pi?
Its setup/UI is very complex and almost no tutorial/video.
P.S. I think Retro Achievement is not available. Pls have a look and guide us.
Thanks

if you love retroarch you can install it on a debian based system because retropie is installed on top of raspberry pi os and on you pc you can even use mesen, mame 0.240 & flycast so that you can run dreamcast, atomiswave & naomi

Hey bro, don-t forget to set your hot key! Should be select for your generic retro USB controller, the Xbox or PlayStation button for either of those types, or the special key on the 8bitdo controllers if they have one.

Chris, retroarch (which is the backend) reads roms from zip files for anything older than PS1 and NGC (gamecube), anything PS1, NGC, PSP or newer (excluding DS and 3DS) cannot be in zip files. :)

This is on my list of things to do someday actually. I'm surprised at how much easier it's gotten. I'm thinking I'll do this sooner than later now as this doesn't look like it'll take very long at all.

If you hit Control Shift X before you hit write you can preconfigure things such as your keyboard wifi setup all the things that you'd have to navigate those menus at in one list of choices.
